Hello ,
Might sound a bit random, but could it potentially be anxiety? Is he acting anxious at all? Is he whining or crying?
It’s just that, when I went through severe anxiety in 2013-2014, I used to throw up bile, and sometimes unknown physical issues can actually turn out to have a psychological cause.
There’s a part of me that thinks this probably isn’t it, but I just want to help and wish him and you aok all the best. I will pray for him and you all.

Victoria, This post is old and, should you go back a few entries, you’ll see that the poor mite has passed on.

Hi everyone, thank you for your lovely words and recommendations. Unfortunately, he has passed away now but will no longer be suffering. I appreciate all the help and best wishes
Just read this, I'm so sorry for your heartbreaking loss, my little dog used to have bile, i then started giving her a babies faleys rusk sugar free with water, she would have this first thing in the morning, it stopped the bile, whiich was caused with her being hungry from the time between her night time feed to morning feed, my little ones breed are known for being fussy eaters, (Maltese) she has small portions throughout the day, once again im so sorry for your loss
