Rosie is a 'bed hound' and sleeps under the doona. Hugo was a rescue dog and had a kennel upbringing so he prefers a basket next to the bed but has to have his Mr Puffy blanket. I am guessing that our new addition Rosie will go in my son's bed.

I have an inkling that there are quite a few doona dogs out there - c'mon fess up!

You know how they say that whippets come in any colour - that is whatever colour your doona is!

I don't think I would have it any other way :)

I presume by Doona you mean the duvet?

My 2 sleep in with my son in there snuggle sac or under his quilt,

They have to be as close as possible and James loves having them chose him over us,They have been kicked out of our bed so often they go to him as he cuddles up!!!

Big Softies arent they!!!! :D

Yes - sorry - language barrier there doona is aussie for duvet :)

my whippets dont but i have 3 iggies that regularly take over my bed and an old girl whom is often tangled up in my sons quilt!!! (w00t)

Mine has her own little bed/soft basket with covers she goes into at night. During the day she gets to sleep in our beds under the covers. I think she moves between between everyones bed during the course of the day. Normally morning is my sisters bed, afternoon parents and evening is mine! I have no idea what makes her choose between the beds.

we are however refusing point blank to let the rapidly growing Derrhound pup anywhere near our bed

The bed, of course. Where else! And what lovely hot water bottles they are!

Mine sleep together in their crate at night. I think they like the cosiness of their little house, and the ritual of being "tucked in" :huggles:

But the moment I'm up I let them out and they are straight under the covers for morning cuddles. I leave the whippies and OH in bed snuggled up together when I leave for work :huggles:

Gypsy sleeps in her bed in the kitchen, with her furry blanket over her, she is allowed to come up in the morning for a cuddle...............but NOT under the covers

yep mine sleep under the duvet!!! we even have a super king size bed for us and ours!!! but OH quite often sleeps on the sofa!!

Sada sleeps on my bed, Kaya sleeps in it :))

They both go back to bed with my daughter when i

leave for work :*

As much as you kick ours off they sneak back on. Phoebe will sleep on the cover leaning against my legs and pepa will get under the cover with her head on the pillow. Im just glad i have a souble bed otherwise i dont know how we would all fit on!

:huggles:

Same here

Jinny & Ella both sleep with me and there really isn't any more room when they're stretched right out

Blue never leaves the bed all night...except for last night when she fell off in the early hours  there was a large bang followed by silence - she hopped back on when I called her - think she stayed asleep - then had to snuggle down on my shoulder with her head tucked in as she was upset :huggles:

She makes a great hot water bottle and she rarely moves around unless I shuff her over when I need a little more space :- "
