This is the oldest ad.

I have a lot more to add, so keep an eye on the thread if you are interested. It is a little time consuming scan, and downloading etc, so I may take a while. Enjoy for now. I'm off to cook OH some tea :D

This is my favorite ad. OH has a friend who is a printer. We are thinking about having it reprinted as a small poster and having it mounted on board (or framed)

Just in case the typing is too small to read under Wingedfoot Shenandoah, it reads:

Here is Type from stern to stern! WINGEDFOOT SHENANDOAH (by Ch W. Marksman ex Ch W Hildegard) a daughter of the Stars indeed! this picture - absolutely untouched, was actually taken when she was winning her c.c. at Chester under the doyen of the breed - Mr Alf Rose. Look at those quarters, the backline, the natural stance, the neck, the bone, the feet, pasterns - infact - THE LOT! And THIS will be a future Wingedfoot brood bitch.

The other picture reads:

Way out on her own, Ch Wingedfoot Claire De Lune, a beautiful dog in a beautiful setting - Colewood, the home of Wingedfoots

Thank you so much for posting these, it is fascinating to read them and see the whips from yester year

Thats enough for now. If you are enjoying them, I will put more up tomorrow.

If you are having trouble reading any of the fine print let me know, and I will retype it for you.

Karen :)
