I think you might just be right about Light Fantastic she is looking very nice , i bet her owner is over the moon with her

I will let you know how the painting gets on. I think it's going to be large and dramatic and the centrepiece of my August exhibition - I just LOVE those dogs' expressions.

I'll probably not be able to start it for a few month yet (need to find a canvas big enough :lol: ) but keep the pictures coming - this is fun (w00t)

The dogs look amazing when racing and it's putting my couch-potatoes to shame :b

I did try with a pic of Picco and Leon on the beach from last year but my painting skill is not landscape-based!!! I think I'm better tightly focussed in on the dogs faces and the racing dogs certainly have a MANIC (w00t) look with is fantastic.

Any close-ups though, beaches, fields etc. I'm going to concentrate on the physique rather than the background :thumbsup:

On hold just now as I'm working on a portrait of Crufts 2004 winner.... :wub:
