Sorry I should have explained, Jacob was my beloved boy that I lost on Christmas Eve last year. He had been retired in the spring with sudden and chronic arthritis, which is why I bought Scoobie. Jacob then developed a heart condition the week before Christmas and it was not something that could be cured or really treated. So its just Scoobs and me now. :thumbsup:Rebecca Claire said:They are both gorgeous horses  Do you ride them both? Very envious of you having two horses
I never knew that guinea pigs came curly haired (w00t) Wow - he's lovely, I'm smiling away just looking at the picture~Sarah~ said:One of my guinea pigs, a Rex called Squirrel Nutkin.
Not sure if you class these as 'pets' but I love them. We did have a large marine tank, but have sold it and I have a little Nano tank now with 2 Clown Fish and a Goby and Tiger Shrimp pair.
Lovely horses  you must be so proud of themjinnyfizz said: Thanks for the compliments!!!
Horses do like to have company, don't they? Twiggy has been so useful over the years as I normally have 2 horses at home so when I ride one Twiggy is always there to keep the other company. She's very worldly wise as well so she never gets into trouble - just keeps herself out of the way if the big boys are having a silly fit
As for the point to pointing ..... I leave the racing itself to those intrepid, fearless people known as amateur jockeys  I'm far too chicken to get involved in perching perilously on top of 600kg of fit thoroughbred and galloping at break-neck speeds in a bunch of similar diehards - especially when there are some 19 fences between you and the finish, 3 miles later (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)
No ..... I just do all the work at home and I'll do the jump schooling too, provided I can be in front :teehee:
Agree with you it would be great to see everyone's other animals ...... cats, horses, sheep, other dogs etc
So come on you K9ers out there - get posting, pleeeeeease
