Today was beautiful in more ways than one! Our dogs had an excellent long (mostly) offlead walk with no problems!!! Our younger dog (the whippet) isn't an issue but our lurcher will chase if the desire so takes him. QWe have to have eyes in the back of our heads to ensure the environment is safe to let him off. Theres far too many woolly menaces and deer near us to get nonchalent about it, even on the open fells. The boys loved it, we did lots if recall practice and they were a 100% What a pair of stars. They're now cuddled up on the sofa,dreaming about the days rough and tumble.

Its the western lake district, Ennerdale specifically, a little known and underexplored part of the lakes. Don't tell anyone it looks nice or we'll be overrun with tourists. :lol: Wish I could post bigger pics but I can't seem to get photobucket to co-operate so have had to use a different online resizer hence the mini pics.
