Wish there was.......Tess is still holding on to her puppies!!! :b

She was off her food yesterday and started scrapingin her whelping box last night, so I thought things might be about to happen. BUT NO!!! Tess has to do everything different to all our other whippets, as people who know her will vouch!! (must be a French thing :lol: ) I slept on the sofa (or tried to -_- -_- .....unsuccessfully ) to keep an eye on her, and she paced about, did the odd scrape now and again,.......and then decided my sofa & quilt looked very inviting :- " so got up and slept -_- at my feet!!!

They were due yesterday or tomorrow, but who knows when the puppies will make an appearance :b :- "

Soon I hope, I need a goodnight sleep -_-

LOL! Shades of when Millie took TJ (Tess's litter brother) in the ring for me, she came out, thrust the lead in my hand and said she was never going to show him again!!! LOL!!!

Janet says that about Tess almost everytime she shows her :lol: (w00t) , that's why I usually show her...........I just have more patience ( sorry Janet :- " ) and believe me with Tess you need LOTS OF PATIENCE!!!

At last Tess has had her puppies!!!!! 6 of them, 5 boys and 1 girl (w00t) (w00t)

She had to finally have a caesarian last night when the first wee man just wouldn't come out :angry: . But I am pleased to report that both pups and Tess are all doing really well now :wub:

We are suffering from a lack of sleep -_- after having to give the pups a few hand feeds while Tess recovered from the anaesthetic..... but now she's feeding them herself and has really taken to motherhood well :thumbsup:

Will try to get a few photo's later this afternoon when the family are settled and we have woke up!! :blink:
