Does any one else have really irritating neighbours?

When we moved in here we paid about £2000 to have the whole of our garden fenced in properly. We used tannalised wood so it wouldn't need to be painted etc. Our neighbours have creasoted the fence over the last few days. The creasote has seeped through onto our side wherever there is a knot in the wood so the fence looks well stupid now. It has also seeped through and where it has touched some climbing plant we were growing up the fence they have shrivelled and died.

I wouldn't mind too much but we paid for the fencing which has improved their garden no end and they didn't have the decencey to tell us they were paining the fence, which didn't need doing anyway.

I would have thought that as you put the fence up it is therefore your fence and they had no right to paint it without gaining your permission first.

our neighbours are just rude, mouthing of at me in the street, shes a right old fishwife, and the swearing is just disgraceful, in front of my kids as well.we have had to phone the police a number of times..the bloke tried to force his way into our garden and they have poured coffee all down our car :rant: ...mmm nice people :rant:

I would have thought so, but as we put the fence up on the boundary that we are not responsible for I'm not too sure if that is the case.

i have an old bag of a neighbour who lights smokey bonfires in the evening when it is nice enough to sit out side. She even did it on xmas day one year. The council are 'investigating'!!!

Yeah, I don't mind what they do their side, but when it impacts on my side then Im cross.

my neighbours do my head in too,they have a dog that goes crazy with the dog on the otherside of them barking at each other constantly,neither neighbours try and stop there dogs unless a start shouting (shut them bloody dogs up) i have 6 dogs and they dont make a mumour,if they do bark which is seldom i take them in side until they quiten down,on the other side of us,the neighbours are obsessed with parking their car just where they want if anyones parked outside their house they knock on their door and tell them to shift it,the road is a public road :wacko: they have a drive but are crap at getting the car in :angry:

the problem these days is theres no respect for each other

Sorry about all your rubbish neighbours peeps!! What it does tell me is that a lot of you have neighbours just as agrravating as mine.Bet I can beat you though!!! a slapper who is no better than she should be, a child constantly crying and unattended, a manky cat who's seen better days - dying on its feet!!! and a bloody dog who never gets taken out ,is an absolute maniac,excrement never cleaned up,cant sit outside even in the winter!!!and authorities who dont give a damn. Even the dogs desperate to get away,bites everyone in the house
