When we got Pax he had some little black dots on one ear. Now they are everywhere, I think he looks quite unique and unusual. :)

Anyone got any more pics of spotty dogs?

My greyhound is absolutely cover in black spots when he came to us he was 8 months and white with a couple of brindle patches. When you give him a bath they will really show up. Jasper out white whippet looks completely white until he has a bath then he looks like a dalmation. William's legs look almost completely black when he's had a bath.

I may bath him later as he has a champ show net week and he's filthy if I do I'll take some photos or you

That would be great, I'd love to see some photos of him.

Maybe they want to be spots and stripes instead of stars and stripes!

An apaloosa whippet would be great (I love those horses).

I remember spotty dog on the woodentops, used to watch with mother after lunch. :)

Wonder if Miss Mabel will get any more?

He's lovely.

Nana is developing spots, she's 5 this year, so rather late to devlop them I thought

you know how people have freckles, and the sun brings them out, maybe there a kind of freckle for dogs??? has he been lazing in the sun??? :huggles: :huggles:

Yes same here Katie, his mum and dad have lots when they have been lazing in the sun,and when they are wet, its odd isnt it.

My three have a couple but not many.....yet

His dad really was Kane not a dalmation honest :teehee:

Talking of colours funny thing I found when Sienna had her dye injection they shaved her fur off the back of her neck and her skin was brindle underneath, which I suppose it would be :clown: but it looked really weird and where she has the white flash the hair is growing back quicker on that bit

When William was hit by the car last year he skidded down the road on his back it was a right mess. The vet said he didn't think the cuts were bad enough to scar and only one or two have scarred but the hair on them has grown back black wereas it was white before his acciden

I didn't get to bath him today but will definitely do it tomorrow
