we also put it down down the man hole...
the top was to hevey for me to lift so OH mad a new one out of decking and it had a hatch with a handle so I can lift and drop the poo in its a brill idear I did look in the internet to see if tit was against the law I spent about a week looking it up and could not find anything saying you carnt do it.

Someone I know with a number of dogs was told by the local council man to put it down the manhole and not in the bin, so I'm sure you are fine doing it. :thumbsup:

I wonder if it varies from council to council (maybe there is no nationwide policy).

i get yellow pet waste bags from my local authoritys rubbish dump,
all i do is bag evrything up and put it in the large pet waste bag then tie and dump at the tip for them to dispose of properly  :thumbsup:
