Well done Nicky. That is a good weight gain [now used to your shorthand so no trouble understanding  ] for the first 10 days, especially due to being in a new home with new dogs.

:huggles: to you all

Well done Nicky, what a great first week Poppy has had with you

great news nicky :huggles: you could see the difference in her after only a few days and was looking so much better  :huggles: well done hun :huggles:

Well done Poppy :huggles: and to you Nicky for giving her such a lovely forever home :huggles:

Brilliant news about the weight gain

Just wanted to ask a quick question though, does the vet say that 8.8kg is still underweight? The reason I ask is because that is what my Molly weighs and she doesn't seem to be able to put anymore weight on! She eats like a horse so perhaps she is naturally skinny - cow  wish I was!

:)) Hi Nicky12, I have my whippet bitches on the pill. its very safe(we use it for the racing greyhounds too) its called Nandoral. Here in australia its not very expensive either. I pay $134.00 for a bottle of 500 tablets. My whippet girl is 9 kg and gets 1 tablet every second day.
