Problems Ordering Dog Coat

Hi guys,

I ordered a coat from dogcoats.net way before Xmas for Archie. Since I've no card my sister placed the order on hers. The coat took forever to arrive (but I blamed that on the time of year) and when it did I didcovered it was the wrong one, a size smaller and a different coat from what I wanted. (Though this may have been my sister's fault, I don't know.)

So, I email them several times to ask if it's ok to return the coat and how much money I should send to cover the additional cost of the coat I want. No replies, but once again I give them the benefit of the doubt, it's Xmas time etc.

So last Tuesday I post off the coat (with additional money) and a note explaining why. I have emailed them twice since to let them know I posted off the coat, and to ask them if they have yet recieved it. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

I'm so mad! Poor Archie is still freezing his baldy little ass off out on walks (though the k9knitters jumper I ordered him last tuesday has been keeping him warm on drier days).

Has anyone else here dealt with dogcoats.net before, is their customer service always this bad. I certainly won't be ordering from them again, I'm very dissapointed. :rant:
 
Have never used them before, but your (or your sister's) card company should be able to help.
 
Sorry, I haven't used them before either, but I know I'd be very :rant: if they didn't get back to me.

I hope that you are able to get through to them eventullay :luck:
 
I got a coat for Kobi from this site last year and the wrong colour arrived firstly too - but they quickly replaced it in the correct colour. :thumbsup:

I remember I did have problems catching them on the phone - but got a response by email quite quickly but I remember them saying they had had a flood at the time in the premises but that was ages ago now. :( ( but at the time suppose I made allowances for them)

I ordered my last one a few months ago from Jans Greyhounds gifts and it came the next day - I was very impressed.

Hope you get it sorted out. :luck:

Yes, I've tried phoning them a few times, but with no luck. :rant:

I ordered Willow's coat from Jan's gifts, and was very pleased with the service there. Unfortunately this coat is for Archie (JRT) so I needed to go elsewhere for his.
 
Amazingly after all this time I got an email back from them today....

Seems abit of a coincedience the afternoon after I posted about my order here. :- "

So the email says they are "Processing Return".... No clue on how much longer I'm going to have to wait though.

It's only a month since my original order. :(
