Anyone recognise this little guy

sooty8weeksand5days004.jpg

He's Tyg's half brother, and he's not here yet but he's coming soon trampoline.gif Just so, so pleased that Shona and Sean are trusting us with one of their babies cloud9.gif

But he needs a new name ... Sooty is lovely, but it's just not us, so hopefully I've managed to add a poll to this post ...

Congratulations! He is lovely, here are a few ideas

Dorcha

Doyle

Duff

Dunla

Kerry

Tynan

I like Bran too, and Darcy ... but they didn't make the shortlist :(

And I've just noticed a mistake I've made too, Asher means happy, not heaven, but I have no idea how to edit a poll.

Taran is a lovely name. I do like Ash, but it would make me think it was shortened from Ashley, which I don't like!!

It is our pleasure to have you as one of our puppy mummys

I am soooooooooooo happy he is coming to you :D

We had a poll and we think Taran suits him

He is gorgeous... have loved this little fella since he was born

Eric is a fab name though Taran is nice too ;)

At first I preferred Ash, because all your whippie boys name are one syllable, but Taran and Tyg sounds good, and Taran is more 'you' than Ash.

You lucky thing....how could you not resist....

Ash

mmmmmmmmmm DAVE is a good name :- (w00t)

 clair made me do it :teehee:

I know these not on the shortlist and hope that I do not throw a spanner in the shortlist, but I like Bram, Bramble or Dracul as in Bram Stoker (Dracula) or Tarn (small river).

I think Ash is the best on the shortlist.

He is ADORABLE

I have voted for Asher on the basis that the T in Taran sounds too much like Tyg and Ash is a good sound for name recognition

I named Izzy the day she was born and Shona used the name during her first 8 weeks of life so she came to me with perfect recall to her name!!! I expect Sooty knows his name too so the "esssss" sound in Ash will go part way to help him change from Sssssssssooty to Asssssssssh

Good luck with the wee lad, Annie :luck: You have a very special pup there
