Great to hear things are looking good Griff.  Grab some plain acidopholus/bifidus yoghurt from the supermarket and give the babies a teaspoon full a couple of times a day.  This will help keep their tummies balanced while mum is on antibiotics.  If they are drinking you should be able to get them to take little bits off a spoon or get them to suck it off your fingers.
When I had a girl with mastitis on high doses of antibiotics we did this and pups didn't miss a beat nor did they get runny poo.

Lisa (and Electra who is now not impressed at being separated from her babies)

Thanks Lisa I will get some to help the little guys.

Thank you to everyone for your lovely posts and pm's.

Jacki is doing well and the pups were so happy to have mum home, to see nine little blind eyed puppies racing to get on a teat was quite funny, bumming into each other and fighting to get that first drop of the good stuff.

Thanks Griff & Lisa

and Jacki  :huggles: :huggles:

Hi Griff

Glad to hear that there is a happy outcome for Jacki and her pups :)

Best wishes Griff

So please everything is ok :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles:

Jacki and the pups are doing very well, Jacki has put on a nice bit of weight and her milk output is back to where it should be. The pups love the yoghurt and are growing quickly with no signs of set back from mums antibiotics, we are still giving them a bottle or two to help Jacki out.

Thanks every one for the on going posts, I will have some photo's of them shortly.

Regards Griff & Lisa
