Phew, another epic journey home - sat nav said 55 minutes, M25 said 2 hours 25 minutes -_-

But apart from that, I enjoyed today very much! It was a shame some of you missed it, the weather wasn't anywhere near as bad as we were expecting - I've been out in worse this year

It was lovely to see Steve and Tayo getting Best Puppy Dog

And Monty's buddy, 'the other Frankie' getting his 4th ticket was great - especially cos Ian and Barbara bought me half a lager to celebrate  And Frankie gave me a bit of a smooch too

Monty's other buddy Csec was 3rd in junior, his first time in that class as the Mabellettes only turned 1 a few days ago - well done that boy :huggles:

And his cousin Emma was 3rd in yearling bitch, well done Cynthia

Well done Patsy on winning a strong limit class, and your other places too - I think Poetry In Motion would look fab on my sofa

Me and Moe Joe didn't get placed today, but I'm happy with how he went. I liked the judge, she was lovely to all the dogs and she gave all of them a really good look, so I can't ask anymore than that, it just wan't our day ;)

I must of looked a bit upset though, cos the very handsome Biscuit paid me lots of attention, just to try and make me feel better  I'm convinced it had nothing to do with the dried pieces of liver in my pocket :x He even wanted to come home with me but the evil Lesley wouldn't let him

It was nice to see Millie with her birthday badge on, she looks great for ** years old (w00t) I avoided Dessie like the plague, I don't want to hear the words 'stripey boy with white socks' getting mentioned anywhere near me

So, the weather was crap, we got chucked and the journey home was painfully drawn out - but I had a fab day (w00t)

:( What has happened to the

Global

warming  8)

I want the hot dry weather they had predicted - roll on the 40 degrees dry weather

PLEASE

I hate the rain and dull weather

Good luck to all of you who braved it today

Ah, but that responsibility only lasts 8 weeks - I'll see him some time around the beginning of November

 Well it certainly was a day to test the stamina - Alison you were a lot more upbeat about the weather than me - we were about to leave before Tizzie did her class (w00t) as the cold had crept through !! I was actually packing our things up while Amelia was doing her bit with Tizz am soo pleased with them both

:D :D :D

Thanks to everyone that was as pleased as us  - and well done everyone that was there for braving the elements and all the placings- hope everyone got out of that mud safely . Sue x

Aw, ain't it a shame when you gotta stay to the end :(

They did great, well done girls

WELL DONE TO ALL ON THE CARDS  sounds like it wasnt very good whippet weather :(

Despite the weather the dogs seemed to cope OK. I felt sorry for the stallholders, especially the bedding man who had all his stuff outside on display. The atmosphere was good though, and Alison smiled through and cheered us up! And yes, Gloria can come and sit on your sofa any time.

Special well done to Amelia on winning PG with Tizzy, just as mum had said "we're going home now". Belated happy birthday Wendy, I didn't notice the badge. Probably cos you were flitting about all day getting firsts. Well done.

And big congratulations to all who did well.

Patsy

Well done to all in the cards

Especially to Rachel and Lily for another RCC

And the lovely Cesc and Anne- first time up into Junior at only 12 months and 4 days

And to all other k9ers who did well

While you were all at Richmond, I was at a spa hotel for a girlie do, swimming, in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi :b

Then after all that healthy stuff, a fab meal, copious amounts of alcohol and dancing till the early hours- it's a hard life! :p

Woo-hoo! I've just told Monty, he has rushed off to kick the other dogs off the sofa!

Well I don't like to stare. Was it really that big? Did it say "21 Today". Perhaps you took a photo you could share?

 I meant to say earlier, Monty met this nice lady at the show, who spent quite a bit of time giving him lovely neck rubs :huggles:

I was pleased to see her do so well in this class, I really liked her little bitch
