I can only think of the following bear names:

Fozzi

Rupert

Bungle

Bubi (from the Hair Bear Bunch - also Hair bear and Square bear!)

Lars (from The Little Polar Bear film)

This could be a good game to pass the time - does anyone know anymore famous bear names?

Ben was Grizzly Adams' bear, that's quite nice. Bruno is another, but makes me think of Frank :lol:

Sooty is a bear, but more suitable for a black dog.

What about Steiff? That would be a posh bear name for a posh puppy :thumbsup:

(Just in case you don't watch David Dickinson type programmes, Steiff is very collectable kind of bear, made in Germany.)

They all look great by the way, and Darc, I think you should let Rob have a pup - after all, when you've got as many as you have, you wouldn't notice another

Or Smokey. Smokey Bear fights forest fires in America. I used to have a big stuffed Smokey Bear dressed as a forest ranger when I was a kid and belonged to the Smokey Bear club. You had to promise to fight forest fires :lol:
