This evening we went for a walk...

We took Dobé to a lake where's also lots of sand. She loves the sand so much !

She gets complete crazy !! ..when we take off her leash and let her run in the sand. She runs 'til we can almost carry her home ! It's so wonderful to see..

Sometimes I'm wondering.. is that a "whippet-thing" ?

-- Where are we ? Can I play for a while ? --

-- I brought my faourite ball with me --

-- Come on ! Throw that ball ! --

-- I like it over here.. --

-- .. and I just love the sand ! --

-- Whooohoo, here I am at topspeed ! --

-- Out of my way ! --

Fantastic pictures, she is having such a great time, mine love the sand too, up on the heath, and run thier fastest on it, it must be just the right 'going' for them.

I don't know, my terrier was a lot keener on sand than my current dog, but maybe she went down the beach more often. She used to tear around grabbing mouthfuls of sand and seaweed. Ours just looks around and thinks 'no bunnies'

~Dobe is growing into a handsome young man :wub: :wub: lovely beach pictures - we havnt had chance to go to the beach yet. Oscar has just got over his car sickness :x but now its Kobis turn - oh dear. Went for a 15 minute ride in the car yessterday and he managed 6 times - (w00t)

Annie loves running on sand but she does that frenzed loopy loo running whenever she gets in any big open space. Just enjoying all that freedom. (w00t) (w00t)

Ours all love sand too - I'm not sitre if it is the actual sand, or the huge blank expanse before them that sends them crackers. :wacko:
