right she hasnt had a litter since the last time she was up for sale but she has had a total of six litters  :( she is in very poor condition i have never seen a whippet so thin in all my life  :( she cant rember the last time she wormed her and the owner herself gave her her injections  i think a trip to my vets on sat morning is called for as im not happy knowing that and would like her checked over  :huggles:

OOO YEH NINA YOU MAY WANT TO HOLD OF TELLING YOUR FRIEND SHES NEEDS TO PICK HER UP  :- " AS IF ALL YOU NICE K9 ERS CAN HELP US RAISE THE MONEY TO HAVE HER SPADE SHE WILL HAVE A FOREVER HOME HERE  :D

Well done you, you little star :huggles:

What i have pm'd you will always stand, you only have to shout you know where i am

If you are 100% sure, i will get a cheque off to you as well to help towards the costs ;)

Hmmmm i somehow suspected she wouldn't be moving very far from your sofa once you got her home Nicky :D

So glad you managed to get her this time - think this is a lesson for us all in 'holding fire' when news of a whippet needing help comes up. Much as everyone wants to ring, I think co ordination and just one phone call is much less likely to spook current owners  Well done for your quick thinking!

She looks soooo sad and thin Nicky :( am sure a few weeks of super love and attention (not to mention some good grub) will have her round in no time.

:luck: lil Poppy, you really have landed on your feet sweetie xx

nicky..such lovely pics there!!! such a little doll isnt she???!!!

aaw Nicky the two of you look like real soulmates :))

They said she was'nt an eater? don't it make you sick these F***k*** people

Well done Nicky for giving her the chance of great new life

The first picture that Nina posted brought tears to my eyes, she

looks so much like my Sada and it was just the thought it could be her

standing there in that condition
