I'm not sure a dates been set yet ....It was just put on here to see who would be interested :thumbsup: ......

Heres a link to the caravan site Chris ...I'm sure Jeff has already put a link on .......Its run by the lovely Rae on K9 ....

Holly Bush camping site ......

Its Rae's field that the lure coursing's taking place in, which is right next door to the site and then has the best pub ever 100 yards up the road ....Perfect :thumbsup: ......Now Chris you must stop asking me about camp sites ...people will start talking :clown: :lol:

Right we kicked a date around today & have come up with the weekend of the 14th /15th March Rae will have to confirm this is ok & Im told there could be an 8 dog Lurcher stake aswell Mr Arron Atmore our slipper is intrigued by painted Lady's pics :thumbsup:
 
mm not sure of dates but is that the w/e after crufts ? which means the s/w game fair will be on at bath and west ,are you planning this on a sat or sunday?

i'd love to go to this one, :thumbsup: i'll have them wrapped in cotton wool for months before to hopefully have something sound for it :lol:

Depending on event size 64= sat/sun 32=sat with sunday to recover. :cheers:
 
Right I've spoken to Rae today and this date is fine :thumbsup: ...... as it'll be a great weekend and its a week before my 21st birthday o:) , Cara has said she'll put a "DO" on at the pub next door on the Saturday night....now Caras "Do's" ARE THE BEST ....though non of us will be in a fit state to run our dogs on the Sunday (just ask Rae :- " :lol: )
 
[SIZE=14pt]So The Date Is Set for Saturday 14th March 2009 for a 32 dog stake but if a 64 dog stake is needed it will be run over both the 14th & 15th March 2009 but more info will be added closer to the event so watch this space.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14pt]Depending on intrest either a 32 or 64 dog pedigree KC registered whippet stake [/SIZE]

Entry will be £10 per whippet.

[SIZE=14pt]An 8 dog Lurcher stake Entry £5 per dog.[/SIZE]

What about total novices...dog and handler...do we come along to watch?...
 
We will hopefully be running a meeting before this one, so you could always trial at the first meeting, and if all goes well you could compete at this one ;)

Would a 'newbie' from Dorset be welcome? 2 beddieX lurchers, not the worlds fastest coursing dogs but my little bitch, Tassel' is very experienced and even more determined. All things being equal, any dog that beats her will have had to run right to the line............
