Well done!Plus the dog is not even a year old! It shows a picture of him at Christmas 2008 when he was 7 and a half months old. Moron. I've also reported it. Tempted to send the 'seller' a PM also, frankly.
EDIT: I did send a PM. I'm not usually one for contfrontation, but I really couldn't ignore it. Whether it was right or wrong to have done so.
I got a very rude email back from him, told me basically to sod off!!!!!!!! My friend who also emailed was told to go off and save the whales, plus other stuff, so much for him not knowing what he was doing. He will be in for a shock when he finds out you cannot make money out of an un-proven dog.
Do you think this is the result of the 'credit crunch' people thinking it is an easy way to make a little cash, when you think about it some breeder charge anywhere up to £500 a mating. Well, one mating a week cash in hand, not a bad living, DUH!!!!!!!!! If that is what they believe they are in for a shock.I got a very rude email back from him, told me basically to sod off!!!!!!!! Unfortunately he probably will make money.
Forgot to add I saw an advert for a Dog "for Rent" as a stud dog on one website. What picture does that conjure up?
I guess maybe there are some people who would buy a pedigree dog puppy as opposed to a bitch, figuring that they can always offer him for stud to help pay for his initial cost or get some pocket money. They also don't have to deal with the difficult (and expensive) aspects of breeding such as maintaining a pregnant bitch, whelping and raising a litter if they go for a dog. Don't you think you are over reacting, its an add for a stud dog. Not a child for sale.Go on ebay and punch in Chocolate Patterdale at stud and up it comes, also puppies I think. How disgusting is that?
