Okay a question who bred Sugar Mouse ?

The breeder must know who mum and dad was :)

All the girls my lad lined and the dates he lined them I know,, as I kept a stud book for him :) Still have it  from the time he lined Buffy to the time he lined Walk Alone (last bitch he lined ) As Robbie is retired from stud :D

I know know many pups were born and the sex's, colour's and if any died :( ,,yes some went over the due date,,,but I was given photo's of them from birth and still keep in contact with the owner's now :D .

Yes we can get the date of birth wrong  ,,,a few days,,,but mum and dad,,NO, unless you use a duel sire,,,then dna test will say who is parents of the pups are,,,they do duel sire on showing whippets :huggles: and nothing is said

As I dont race now,,,but if that was Robbie they were talking about,,,I would do a dna test just to prove I was right and sod the lot

(w00t) Sugar Mouse has made history,  Di ( this dog will never be forgotten) :D

Hi Susan, we bred Sugar Mouse out of our Maisy Grey and our Sugar Daddy  if you look back on my first post you will see the advert for the rest of the litter, they were advertised on k9 on the lurcher section back in October 2006, they were born on August11th  she only ever raced in one puppy event, and that was up Scotland on the 22nd of July 2007.

Some people would have you believe that she came out of another litter I bred the same year, July 18th 2006 making her 4 days over the puppy age limit.

Regarding having a DNA test done, the only people that will see the result of this, is the prospective owners of her offspring if and when we breed with her.

Like I've said in previous post, we don't care who believes us, all I'm doing is putting my side of the story.

We don't have a problem with anyone giving thier opinion on this topic  providng its given with the facts that they see infront of them.

But remember this, if you're ever in the postion of owning the sire and the dam like we do, and you fall out with someone, and they point the finger at the breeding and DOB of your dog, you could find yourself in the same position as ourselves :(

not gonna keep bringing this up :( but surly Geoff the letter you sent in regarding your breeding saying you may of made a mistake is what started it :( personal fall outs with whoever really had nothing to do with either governing bodie hope it gets settled soon for the sake of this sport

No, your wrong, the post on k9 by Gary Farmer suggesting our mouse was not bred how she was registered, and the rumours before this is what started it.

This all happened before my letters.

ok then why put in the letters :( and if your going to say to catch a mackerel its caused a lot of unnecessary trouble .you yourself told me on the phone you may of made a mistake geoff

Don't you think its strange why my accuser's phoned the chairperson to complain about our mouse's breeding, within days of me sending a letter into the Fed, even though they had supposedly known for 2 years?

They even cheered her on at the puppy championships

Could it be they had inside information telling them about this letter, and could they have been prompted into complaining officially?

Strange why they never lodged a complaint to the BWRA

Before I answer you about the telephone conversation, I'll try and recall all of the details of our conversation, and I mean all of it.

It's my accuser's who have caused all the trouble, I'm just sticking up for me and Hazel

Personally i think it started long before any letters where sent in over other matters, but waiting to see if the people who has caused all this rift between a few friends , come on and say anything , they are usually one of the 1 st people to post on subject like this

I also think theres been a lot of k9 casualty's as has been said before , due to one or two people using others , feeding them silly little bits of who's doing what and who's going to do this ... throwing the corn down and letting others pick it up ..using people for there own benefits ...

Flippin heck denise it's like a game of cluedo  Was it Miss Scarlet at highgate with a muzzel......................or was it Colonel Mustard at Maltby with a pair of nail clippers?? (w00t)

Please note for those with the more inquisitive mind.....................the details supplied above as to the persons and whereabouts of the aforementioned crimes bear no resemblance to people afiliated to the good old sport of whippet racing :)

So you bred the bitch, then you must know mum and dad and the day the litter was born, so why has this all came up then

Did you mix up the breeding, maybe you kept pups from both litters :sweating:

I would tell everyone the dna result's on k9 and in the bbc news too  , as I would not like think folk thought I was trying to win 1 puppy race , with a yearling

Thanks for your reply

Susan,,,glad Robbie's pups know I kept a book and photo's with dates on them
