Its been 11 coming up 12 weeks since Tara's accident. We have recently had our final check at the vet and got the GREAT news that we can start gradually getting back to normal again.
I feel we have been very very lucky as she has come through the otherside and has not been left with any limp whatsoever. In fact i think i could possibly show her again! Im not getting my hopes up though because most importantly to me she is back to normal life and doesnt have to be in a cage 24/7 anymore!
I have recently figured out how to post videos so i video'd her moving to let you all see the how much she has improved in such a short space of time. Still a bit stiff but we are working on the muscles just now, just short, frequent walks.
The quality of the videos arnt that great but you can see her moving. It sometimes sticks in the middle of a vid but if you wait it comes back on.
