Week 7 of The Apprentice
Sometimes all you wish for really does come true, the two Jennys are gone. What an episode, not perhaps the tasks, but the boardroom was brilliant. When I saw how Surallan engineered the team make-up I just knew it was going to be a cracker. Margaret and Nick ( I know that Margaret and I could be friends, she is so my kind of person ) had matching outfits - well jackets anyway, nice touch that (w00t)
Their mistakes were so basic, how difficult is it to read and follow instructions, especially when there is more than one person participating, why do they never ask of each other 'is this right, can you just check it for me', especially when so much depends on it for them. Jenny (red lips, not red haired) had the opportunity to nail this and see Jenny Redhead and Michael fired, but she let herself lose control and she had to go. I think Surallan was a lot more forgiving of Michael than I would have been, there are still plenty of youngsters out there who have the capabilities Surallan is looking for but you'll find most of them running market stalls not taking Classic degrees at university.
There was a down-side, how I wish I could have seen Rafe in his linen suit.
Jenny (Sparky's mum has left the building)
