two of mine have had a swollen gland, one had been bitten by a staffie which we didnt realalise it had bitten her until the next day when we noticed the gland up.

my other girl had punctured under her tongue with a piece of dried grass while picking up a frisbee and the husk had stayed inside, immediatley she wasnt happy and wouldnt eat ,the next day her gland was up and her face and neck was all swollen.

hope you get to the bottom of things soon :)

Could be a swollen salivary gland? Good luck with him, and let us know how he goes on :luck:

ALL IS WELL. while i was at work, his swollen gland busted. another trip to the vets. he checked pepsi out . he said it looked good. and glad it broke, now he knows it is not a tumer. stronger antibotic was given, and away we went. ONE HAPPY MOM :
