Update on the whippie girls. The kids have got up and decided that Bella just doesn't suit her, so we've had a look at her pedigree papers, and decided to try and call her Mysti, as her KC name is Permadon Mystery Girl.
The night went very smooth, I slept on the sofa, Tascha slept in her crate, with her door open, and Mysti slept on the little camp bed that I was meant to sleep on. Come half 5, we were all awake, and they were raring for a good run, so we headed out for the big field at the back where I walk Tascha each morning.
I was very brave seeing how the field was empty, I let Mysti off the lead too, it's very enclosed and no way out onto a road.
Tascha and Mysti played lovely together, though Mysti didn't quite get the drift that she was off the lead and free to run. I get the feeling that she hasn't exactly had many walkies.
The pair of them had a good chase, and ended up chasing after the birds on the field, side by side. Tascha was definitely the leader of the pack when it comes to outside, Mysti was quite content to follow her around.
I promise to take some pics later, have to get new batteries for my camera first, can't you just guess the kids have had it and run the batteries down.
