It is with a broken heart that I post this listing.... the vets last night had to tranquilise Lulu as she had some form of panik attack. This has been a horrible week with my gorgeous girl mysteriously losing all mobility and slowly going downhill. :(

Vale: NZ Gr Ch Shenace Back At Ya - "Lulu"[/B] - aged 9yrs

Sire: BISS Ch Noholme Bobo D Clown

Dam: Ch Shenace Mayd'n Heav'n

Best friend & deeply loved companion

Awesome showdog - winner of AB BIS & Spec BIS - only dog to have won HC Top Hound 3 yrs consecutively.

Mother of show champions, racing champions, agility stars & loved family members

Rest in peace my beautiful girl, you are one in a million. :huggles: I feel so priviledged to have shared my life with you, you are a fantastic mother, super at keeping everyone in line, your love for food was your main focus in life, I will miss having my hand dribbled on when putting down your bowl. A stunning example of our beautiful breed.

Loved always  pictured below on the right with her pearls & rose

Lynda and the Shenace family,

I'm so sorry to read about your loss - We were all hoping that she would pull through. She was truly a beautiful whippet. May all the wonderful memories eventually dull the pain.

My thoughts are with you and your family. Take care.

so very sad :(

my heart goes out to you :huggles:

Thank you all for the lovely thoughts

It has been a tough morning, the support from everyone is just amazing, the dog world is a great place in times of need.

Just dreading telling my daughters, young Kate (9yrs) had bible class at school today, as she left for school she turned around & said "Mum, I am going to get my whole class to say a special prayer for Lulu so she gets better & I am going to tell my bible teacher to tell God he is not allowed to take her" We are not a religous family and it is so very sweet to see that the kids believe in the power of faith, it will be a tough afternoon.

Thanks again for your lovely messges

What a heartwrenching week you've all had. One questions why these events happen, but you have relief now knowing that she is sleeping peacefully.

Thanks so much Sue - I have to admit to being a little bit blonde (hmmm... Lulu & I must be blood related after all, she was a real blondie  ) I could never quite get the "over the rainbow bridge" thing - for ages I thougth it was actually a town (w00t) This piccy clearly has "turned on the light" :- " I am sure Lulu has bolted over that bridge looking for something to eat & something nasty to roll in

Sorry to hear about LUlu :(

Ims sure she and Lucy will have found a nice warm comfy spot somewhere :huggles:

Helen x
