Thanks for those pictures Judy & Jo.

PMSL at Vader - not even away from the slipper and been left for dead by Wallace Simpson. But come on - it was hardly a fair match :b  Very kind of Lloyd to walk all the way down to the slipper to capture that moment

This racing malarkey can get totally addictive :- "

A couple of hounds mid race!!
A good picture Joanna. The blue dog is my Beauty (Vanya Neolithic Princess) ahead of Wheatroyd Magic Mushroom. If I had known that you had taken such a good picture, I wouldn't have paid £12 for an almost identical photo! Having won both of her races, and she is only 15 months old, she might be lucky enough to get a rosette, I hope!!

Bean (Fleetway Ebony Edition) says congrats to his beautiful grandaughter Dennis. She's well named. I hope that you have as much fun with her as I have with Bean. He's 100% honest in everything that I've asked him to do. He tries to the best of his ability even if that means taking a short cut :b and doesn't know the word quit. Stopping means not being able to run anymore in his book.

Nipalong Hop Along btw is a son of Laguna Liza's Link (in case you didn't know) so is a fairly close relative of Beauty.

I think this might be Beauty again :D
Another very good picture of Beauty. I am still trying to see if there are any photos of my other dog, Irish Charmer, who ran in the 10th Stake against, I think, Shybont Silver Spring. As a fawn dog it is difficult to pick him out from the other fawn dogs!

Hi BeeJay,

Thanks for the info on Beauty's grand dad. She appears to have inherited many of Bean's characteristics. She is very determined and will always do her best to beat any other dog. her stamina, compared with my race bred dog, Irish Charmer, is fantastic. She will never give in. I don't think that she will be as fast as Irish Charmer but what she lacks in speed she makes up for in enthusiasm. Her racing name, incidently, is Irish Princess. (Watch this space!!)
