Just saw this message on a forum I visit,nothing to do with dogs.
A lady on there left this thread,thought I would share it with you all.

Hi there
Im involved with various rescues and just wanted to issue a warning but also give some happy news....
A lady i know of had a young puppy stolen from her home last year... Please please dont leave your dogs alone in the garden or in cars and worst of all tied up outside the supermarket, village shop etc. Ive heard of so many being stolen recently even in little country villages and even old dogs, some 12 yrs old! Please keep them with you when you are out.
BUT
Saw a message from the lady with the stolen pup....
11 months on and 151 miles later.....
Her puppy has been returned!!!!!
It was taken into a vets down south as a stray and they checked for a microchip and reunited her with her mummy!
on a sad note it looks like she was stolen to be bred from, vet thinks she has had 2 litters!!! and it looks like she has been used as a bait dog as she is covered in scars and bite marks.
However she is now home safe!! Happy ending. Im so pleased, this lady never stopped looking for her puppy and now she is safe.

Very interesting warning,didnt know peeps still left dogs out side shops etc :blink:
If they cant come into the shop they stay at home,unless someone is with us
