Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that @JudyN has kindly accepted a role as moderator for the forum - just in case you start to notice her bossier side :p

She's a big part of this forum and always provides lots of fantastic advise and help to anyone who needs it so thank you Judy for accepting the role.

I am having my first baby in May so although I will be fairly busy I'm sure, I'll still be checking in every day (probably to ask advice about what to do about a jealous Labrador!!!) so do please still reach out to me if you need anything.

Thank you,
josie :)

Many congratulations, Josie. Lovely to hear some good news:)

Congratulations @Josie, my last dog(a lab/collie) was nearly 14years old and had always been my shadow when I had my daughter and he was totally lovely with her, and probably too old to be bothered to be jealous! Sure your Den will be fine and dandy;) And congrats too to @JudyN, take no prisoners!!:D

Congratulations @Josie, when my son was born we had three dogs, one was a 5 year old Sheltie. She totally fell for him the instant he came home, wherever he was she was. During the day he got wrapped up, (he was a December child), and put in a pram to have a sleep out in the garden, she was lying down under the pram. Then when he started waking up she would rush and tell my wife before returning to him. A bit later when he was sleeping on his own, again when he started waking she would come and wake me up, (I always said it was a feminist conspiracy lol). All her life whenever possible she was with him.
