What have you /are you watching. .or reading

Buddy1, I loved the His Dark Materials books - I don't think they're lowbrow at all

I've just finished Sister by Rosamund Lupton, which I loved. I've moved on to The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson.

 

Yes, but I don't tend to do drama series, or films. I'm not sure why - hubby can be glued to a film or series and even if I'm half watching, I'll usually be doing something else as well, and may go up to bed to read before it's finished. I'm also getting oversensitive in my old age - I had to ask him to watch Dirty Harry listening through headphones the other day because it was too violent for me But then he feels the same when I'm watching a vet programme with graphic scenes of caesarians and prolapses!
