hey all

im hoping to get a whippet or lurcher in the future and would like to hunt rabbit with it. i was wondering where i would stand with the law? could u guys enlighten me.

(w00t) lol actually no keith i cant, i have arthritis in my heels, ankels, hips and lower spine not to mention my left knee dislocates is i try to run. so before attemping to work a dog i would like to know if im breaking the law by doing it.

i thought it was ok to hunt rabbit with 2 dogs or less...or i might of dreamed that, u know what my heads like...no i dont have arthritis in that too...well my jaw but that dont count

As for the testicle it shouldn't slow you down there are a lot of champions out there with only one :thumbsup:

Dana as long as you have permission from the landowner hunting rabbits with dogs (any amount of dogs) is completely legal, as is catching rats with dogs.

Hunting rabbits with dogs is legal but according to the law you may only run one dog on a rabbit, Not any amount of dogs on the same rabbit. )
