I like the Gundog types, quiet happy to stick with the working type Cockers but I do love some of the lurchers too.

Deerhound, (although I always think they should be sprawled before a real log fire in a baronial hall)

I quite like the Bared Collie, a hairless sport of Rough Collies, & the tricolor version has very handsomely pigmented skin, with velvety peach fuzz over it.
Minimal grooming, no mats or tangles to fuss with, but sun protection & a cold-weather wardrobe are mandatory, also a weekly bath is recommended to remove accumulated skin-oils (usually distributed over the coat).
