There is a pedigree whippet dog,three years old looking for a home,sadly owner could not cope,he having problems with one of his legs.

If you look under the adoption section and then under meet the dogs,he is the last one called Tom,i hope its ok to put this on here,as i sure there might be someone who can help the fellow.

:rant: Poor little guy, you take a dog in sickness & in health. If you can't afford the vet bills there is always the PDSA.

I was waiting for someone to put this :lol: as you can see its the dog,the reason i put this on here,there might be someone on here or know of someone who is willing to contact the rescue and give him a looking home he deserved,who ever is intrested much discuss the situation with his leg.The more peeps know about this,the more chance of finding him the right home.

He is actually under Aldridge Dog Rescue but EGLR have said they can post him on their website and they have already had a lot of interest - so hopefully he will be sat on his forever sofa soon

Looks similar to Holly's leg, and I remember another rescue with a similar leg a while back. Holly manages fine, she can still run about and have fun. Holly had a broken leg as a yougster, the plate was still in place and caused her many problems, so I'd be tempted to check if there was a plate in the leg (and have it removed) if he were mine.
