Hi all, I hope you will forgive me for talking about cats on a whippet forum but thought this could be a good starting point as I know many of you are cat lovers as well as whippet lovers or you may know of other cat lovers.

My niece has recently taken in 2 unwanted Bengal kittens - I haven't seen them but she says they are beautiful. She already has a cat and as a single parent she simply cannot afford to keep 3 cats herself.

I suggested she talk to the Cats Protection League but she said she would rather try to find them a good home first and she would preferably like them homed together as they really love each other.

One is a girl she calls Lou Lou and one a boy she calls Tiger and they are approximately 10 weeks old. My niece lives in Grays, Essex and does not drive so they would have to be collected. If anyone is interested please pm me.

Oh gosh I wanted one of these for years! They're absolutely gorgeous!!! Tony's gang wouldn't tolerate cats though.

I have 3 moggies too as well as the whippets...shame I dont really want any more...

I don't have any pics at the moment as I haven't seen them. If I do get a chance to get to her house i'll take some pics. I know nothing about Bengal cats but apparently you can get spotted or stripey ones and these are stripey.

I love cats too but wouldn't trust Merlin with them, he goes beserk when he sees a cat - also financially it would really over stretch us, otherwise i'd be sorely tempted myself.

I've had a couple of pm's enquiring if my niece wants money for these kittens so thought i'd just add that she doesn't want anything, simply a good home where they will be cared for well and preferably kept together.

oh gosh now there's a dilemma! Bengals are lovely but i dont think my old Devon Rex boy would tolerate kittens bouncing around in HIS house

I would dearly love to rehome these two :wub: but I have 5 cats already (w00t)

Please let us know that they get a good home together as it would be a shame to separate them - cats love to live in family groups :thumbsup:
