Time to Shine

It's Take That week on The X Factor and contestants must sing one of the much-loved songs which made 'Manchester's finest' famous.

We're not quite talking A Million Love Songs here (ahem) but we can look forward to six spendiferous pop songs, all sung by our new generation of musical stars. What's more, Kings of Pop Take That will be on had to sing their latest hit, Greatest Day, themselves!

The contenders have been practicing hard for this all-important test, and as well as singing in the shower and dancing in the dining room, everyone has had a one-to-one audience with Take That in the studio!

The contestants' pick o' the hits is....

Alexandra Burke Relight My Fire

Rachel Hylton Rule The World

JLS A Million Love SongsRuth Lorenzo Love Ain't Here Anymore

Eoghan Quigg Never Forget

Diana Vickers Patience

Hazel

I liked Ruth too :) Take that were the best !!

chris

Why is it that Diana can really mess up with her songs and yet the judges still say she's great

I couldn't understand a word she sung, she squeaked her way through it and then did her "little girl lost" impression to try and court votes :x

Rachel's time is up too - she has no charisma at all :(

Alexandra and Ruth are the best IMO

ruth was by far the best hope shes not bottom 2 coz of bloody dianas fans she was chronic her and rachel bottom 2 i prey

anything has got to be better than Same Difference (w00t)

OI !OI ! OI RAY WON AGAIN YOUR TURN NEXT WEEK TO PICK WHO LEAVING DOUBLE OR BUST.

Take That were brilliant! Alexandra was OKish, still love Diana, but she wasn't great tonight, JLS are OK too, but the one with the hook nose sings out of tune. Eoghan was a disappointment, he couldn't get the high notes, so Simon brought in a choir to do it for him! Rachel was terrible as usual, and no charisma whatsoever. By far the best tonight was Ruth - absolutely brilliant.

The right person left tonight, and not before time

Same Difference had to mime to their song - so wrong on a live show, and Rhyddian was brilliant too - I think he should have won last year.

Next out for me would be Eoghan or JLS
