How come i lay in bed awake for hours yet

I don't know but it's bloody annoying :angry: Thankfully it doesn't happen to me too often :teehee:

What you have to do to cure it is to come into chat till the early hours then you're so knackered by the time you get to bed its instant unconciousness!!!

I don't mind too much in the summer months when it is light early. I tend to get up then and go for a long walk before breakfast. In the winter though..
