Whats the last thing you put in your mouth....

You're too healthy - lunch was a chicken breast in a bap with potato wedges :)
 
Decaf coffee, though I'd better change it to Valium before I take the dog for his next walk. Lots of dogs about now it's a teeny bit lighter. :eek:
 
today a piece of ham because I train olive with it and I had a cheeky nibble of it (she finally mastered lay down! proud mum!) :)
 
Another homemade smoothie today but this time it was: almond milk, scoop of chocolate protein powder, one spoon of drinking chocolate, one spoon of almond butter and some chopped hazelnuts.

It tastes just like Nutella!!

I don't know what I would do without Joe Wicks the Body Coach
 
Just had a nice mid morning cup of tea :)

I'm always interested to know what @arealhuman has had! Probably just on to the 10th coffee and 8th doughnut!? :p

Well, fourth cup of coffee, but a colleague kindly bought me a very healthy and nutritious lunch..........

I just like them on their own with a bit of lemon juice, but probably won't have any. Currently on my fourth cup of coffee and just eaten a twix :)
