Mum would like to thank everyone for all their kind messages about Xanthe (her story is buried somewhere in the middle of the El Diablo thread). I thought I'd update you. For about 2 weeks she was paralysed in both her hind legs. She was in a bed in a separate room from the other whippets so...

As Pedigree sponsor many Championship shows in other ways (ie Puppy class wins, CC winners etc) does this mean that soon you won't be able to enter any show sponsored by them (which rules out most, if not all of the general ch shows) unless you feed their product?

Oh well, I suppose we should make allowances for the aged.. :p

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and support. I phoned Mum last night. The vet saw Xanthe again yesterday and was pleased with her progress. There was a slight response from one leg when stimulated and a more marked one in the other leg. She is nt incontinent which means that signals...
