Thanks for that Juley, I'll try that site and see if I can get it back.
 As for Toby, don't be sorry for him, when I just went round to check he was ok, he was in the middle of a piece of home made chocolate cake! Methinks he will have the sulks when he comes back home!
 We have 8 new members in the Fiers household, namely 5 boys and 3 girls. Fawn and white/fawn brindle.
Dad is BJ (Nevedith Beefa Beejabers at Lokeren) and Simone (Lokeren Be Simone)
They were born on Tuesday, 12th July, first one at 8.30pm and the last at 12.35am. They are real...
Just had a litter born on Tuesday, 12th, 8 in all 3 girls and 5 boys. Colours will be (I think) fawn & white, fawn brindle. More details found on Whippet Showing.
N  Now Jax, the old MB is lovable, still with a twinkle in his eye, and so long as you keep feeding him, he'll think you're wonderful. Mind you he's got a brilliant steward to keep him in line!
 As usual, Dawn's right, it's just that when I look at him sometimes he's so like his Dad that I mix the two up.
Not sure what Dawn means in the second bit though???
 Thanks for y our kind words, but look at it this way, I don't have a trophy to clean or insure or make sure I get it back in one piece. As for any dosh I'd probably have bought lots of chocolate to celebrate so they are doing my waist line good!
We had a great day at Border Union, cos we WON the Jean Cooke Memorial Novice Stakes under Patsy Hollings. Bit disappointed thought because the winner from last year didn't bother to return the trophy so we could have our photo taken with it and neither was there any prize money. The stewards...
:)) I haven't paid a membership fee, but I am looking after a golden oldie who came into rescue on 23rd April within my local area. I think a website would be a good idea as the more information that is available out in the big wide world of the internet can only be a good thing.
It depends which type of crate you want, whether it's a fold up one, which I have always used and find them very good, you can pick up one for around £55 which will take two Whippets or there are the ones made to measure for your car. If you want more details on the made to measure sort, pm...
I was in Oxford, at ETT club meeting, haranguing them to be ruthless in getting rid of majority of trophies (there were about 100 I think) down to 30!
Well done to Jax and to Liz Third, as I too love her Limit Dog.
When showing a Whippet it is quite ok for it to be shown on either table or floor and no penalty is applied, either in the normal ring or in junior handling classes.
:p Dawn, how could you even suggest that Maurice might eat it before we get there? :- " Now if I let him take the sandwiches, then you would have a point, cos he's a savoury not sweet (well he is a sweetie) chap.
Anyhow he'll take delivery of said cake very seriously indeed. Which means...
:nuke: Oh my, what a hornets nest this young man erupted. Have to say I agree that by stating within 40 miles can easily be equated to being 'close by'. Perhaps it would have been better if Ian's parents had written the post, as quite rightly they and others that know him are defending his...
