Hi are you going to get him neutered? If he is cryptorchid then he will need to be. Is he using the affection as a way of getting you to forget about the bad behaviour? I guess you praise the good things he does and seriously ignore him when he does not do something you want, even if he comes...

I am sure it is down to a territory thing. If Talisker is getting a bit full of himself he will go for a crack at being the dominant male. Maybe you could try to assert yourself as the dominant one and knock him down a peg or two, this is not easy but maybe worth a try. If it happens again...

This is Blue! Has had a blast moving in to his new home, follows me everywhere very loveable little man - i hope you all agree!! He has already found a mouse hole in the garden and dug it up! He spent an hour doing it then fell asleep on watch!!
