Well there are 2 whole days to go until our pup Benjamin is due to be born.

Our breeder said she will ring as soon as there is news and I am so excited... I don't think I will sleep a wink all weekend. :- " :- "

Sometimes!

Usually a first litter come early,but I've found in my experience most subsequent litters tend to be around their due dates.

In my experience pups tend to come on time or 4 days early - but I have no experience of Whippets!

You lucky thing Rachael, I do envy you, there's nothing nicer than waiting for your puppy to be born... except maybe hearing that it has been born... or visiting it for the first time..... or bringing it home They could be born any time from now. I know exactly how you feel - I am waiting to hear about my potential puppy who is due any day now. I am on edge the whole time, goodness knows how the poor breeder must be feeling :blink: It is the whole not knowing isn't it, I am after a boy and am keeping my fingers crossed that there will be enough to go round :sweating: Still as long as the mummy is OK and the puppies are healthy, that is all that matters, if I have to wait for another litter then so be it :thumbsup:

Where is your little fella coming from?

I have had thoughts that it may be an all female litter and then I will have to wait even longer.... I don't know how I would cope if that was the case as I feel as if I have been waiting for ever as it is.

We are getting Benjamin from the same breeder as Sidney (up in Looe)

The breeder has Ian's mobile number so every time his phone goes off I am running to answer it for him :- " :b :lol:
