The Little Git is having his first birthday, which happens to coincide with his passport photoshoot. I can't believe how quickly the last year has gone (or what a handsome boy he's grown into from such a cheeky pup)

Meanwhile, at the other end of the scale, the Pussycat has recently had her 12th birthday

Meanwhile Gelert gets the huff, as he thinks everyone will forget he'll be eight next week, and is pondering having a mid-life crisis :b

Woah, that's gone so fast! He looks lovely in his passport pics, and your cat is looking fantastic too

Please reassure Gelert that he won't be forgotten, how could he be...that photo is stunning.

It has got me wondering about what male whippets would buy to make themselves feel better during a midlife crisis though, I'm not sure a ferrari would do it, but I suppose a younger woman might fit the bill (w00t) 8)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUTO!!

and Pussycat .......... and to Gelert for next week!!!

Happy Birthday Guto :huggles: ......Can't wait to see you on the race track and I hope Gelert had passport photos taken as well

I think a lure machine made from Ferrari bits would be high on the shopping list (perhaps with a superior placcy bag from Waitrose, with the goodies still left in  ).

Yes he did, under deep protest, I will NOT be posting those as you'd think he was a badly-stuffed bit of taxidermy :b . I think I'll just keep their ped names, so Little G will be Guto Nyth Brân (after a legendary runner); failing that 'Long Levers' perhaps, which is what our vet calls him :b

I think what they'd all like is just to get back to normal. We were very nearly flooded (the water came up just under the floorboards :sweating: ) and there was nowhere to walk;even the garden was a foot under for 2 weeks. It's not much better now as the whole area is still full of stinking flood mess (the whole place smells stagnant like an dead vase of flowers :x ). We still can't really let them off the lead as there are too many dead things to eat/roll on, and the remaining pools of flood water don't look very salubrious for drinking from either :x

The garden is full of dead fish which escaped from our pond and got stranded (though I did manage to rescue some of them), they spend all day rolling them now :b :x
