A Day At The Farm....

what a great job you have, it must be so much fun :D

what an interesting job  I bet every day has surprises and it all makes a difference

What a great place to work Janis.  You must really enjoy it.

I recently took my grandson (2.5 yrs old) around their local farm and we had a brilliant time. I think I enjoyed it just as much as he did. :) There was so much to see and do - a really lovely place for children to be taken.

I took Gary to a little zoo today (he's been ill and missing Rachel) so a little treat :D

There was a little farm too, he plucked up courage to pet a little goat as I was petting it and the bl**dy thing tried to bite him (w00t) (w00t) His little hand was out of the pen as quick as a flash :) . We went back to see the donkey's but he was too scared to clap them :( .

We had a great day :D , he's feeling loads better but still not 100% :(

Wish I still worked on the farm :( I still miss it even though it's been years since I had to leave :( Best job in the world

Susan sorry to hear poor Gary got a bite from the goat. You should have visited our farm  its not usually goats that are the problem at ours...they never bite anyone....but some of the donkeys are monkeys and are to watch with very small children. Only a fortnight ago I had a 3 year old girl put her hand up in the air and one of the donkeys grabbed the end of her finger and drew blood. (w00t)

We do warn the children that the donkeys think your fingers look like carrots.. :- "
