I just cannot believe a year has passed since our beloved whippet Jesse :wub: was PTS Thay say the pain gets easier but it still hurts like hell

Jesse entered our home and our hearts in 1998 on my youngest daughters 10th birthday, he became such a big part of our family, our day trips out

revolved around where was best for him :b and of course our family holidays too

If it wasn't for Jesse I wouldn't have found K9 community and made some very special friends :huggles:

Jesse being diagnosed with bone cancer at the tender age of 9 years was heartbreaking we never regreted once going ahead with the amputation of

his hind leg, as he coped so well, running around just 2 weeks after the op with his favourite ball on a rope and enjoying almost another 11 months with us :huggles:

We have Star :wub: and Skye :wub: now who have touched our hearts in the same way and have helped us through the pain of losing Jesse, but of course

we will never forget Jesse :wub: our first 'Special little man' :huggles:
