Josie seems much better. She's hobbling around in a funny crab-like way, but she has managed to go out for a wee now and is eating a bit more. She's still very sad-faced, though (that sad whippet-face that only whippets can do!!) and when I took Lola out earlier she was so upset, even though OH was fussing her. He said she howled and cried all the time we were gone I've been using DAP spray on a little bandana tied around her neck, just to soothe her a little.

Back to the vet tomorrow am.

Thanks again for all your well-wishes. We're off to snuggle up together and watch the final of Big Brother :thumbsup:

Josie is getting a little bit better each day :huggles: The vet is very pleased with the way her wounds are looking - dry and clean. She's been strapped up again.

I saw the wound on the back leg uncovered for the first time today and if anything, that one looks even more dramatic than the patchwork quilt effect at the front :sweating:

I'll try to take a pic of Her Sadness and post it later :thumbsup:
