Anybody Have This

I wouldn't bother with it Nicky as they eat batteries and are no good for action shots. IMO if you save a little harder and get the canon EOS 350D you'll be alot happier in the long run as you can buy lenses etc for the canon

hi mally do you have the canon EOS 350D, if so can you show me sum pics youve taken with it

 forgot to ask is it easy to use ...for a thicko like me :D

Hi Nicky, I've got a 350D and recently bought a 30D. The 350D is ideal for starting off and you'll easily accomplish action photos with it on autotmatic settings alone.

Hi Nicky,i don't know anything about the S5700,but i've got the S9600 & am delighted with it

Nicky, I have the OLYMPUS e-500 which is coming down in price now, I think.

I am the thickest person on here and can get some decent photos with it (although, if I read the manual would probably improve)

I agree, it would be better to put a bit more towards a better camera.

Do you have photoshop to play with? If you have a MAC I have a copy of CS2 you could have :- "

Keep looking before you buy.....loads od deals out there ;)

Mally is quite right Nicky, the Canon is a much better buy in the long run. This is cheap and cheerful if you want a basic point and shoot, but I think there are better compacts out there for the same price

I've just purchased the Nikon D50 which is excellent and easy to use. I go tit from Wilkinsons. They are local to me but do have a website if you wanted to have a look.

nicky my pics are taken with a canon there well worth the money

The second and last are spot on Mally and really show the Canon off to its best.

anybody have this didgital camera if so are they any good ,and can you shar sum pics youve taken with it ,thanks in advance  http://www.amazon.co.uk/FinePix-S5700-Digi...6044761&sr=1-22

I used to use a Finepix 7000 it was ok for showing etc but when it came to action shots it was too slow. I now use a Canon 350, brilliant camera & easy to use. If you look on Worcester Whippet show in the lurcher forum you will see photos by Running Free who uses a Nikon, also my photos using the Canon

thanks for all the info everyone ,i think il save a bit more and get a better one :D :D
