Poor Archie, I hope he gets better soon. Murphy and Ellie send lots of licks.

poor boy, it looks awful, the staples don't look too good but it's amazing how they do heal :huggles: to you both, get well soon Archie

Poor Archie, that does look sore, I would think he would heal up very quickly though. :huggles:

Awww not little Archie - poor baby  :huggles: Hope he heals up really quickly

My Alfie (Collie) did that once but he caught a part of himself that only a boy can catch    He healed up with no intervention - but he was barking soprano for a while

I know someone that happened to - wasn't a dog though! (w00t)

hugs for Archie - hope you're a quick healer xx

Poor Archie, I hope it heals really quickly, it looks a sore place to have staples.

Awww, poor little Archie. :( Hope he's feeling better soon. :huggles:

Poor Archie. Sending him hugs, Hope he heals up very soon and he is back to normal. A couple of those staples don't look as if they are holding much together but the rest are OK and should do the job OK. :huggles:

Mmmmmmmm, what I was thinking! I hate staples almost as much as I hate barbed wired, I have never seen a wound heal properly that has been stapled and will not have them on my dogs.

Poor Archie

It actually looks better than it did earlier now hes settled down. I shall keep a good eye on him and lead walk him and see how it goes over the weekend. Shall keep you updated.

He looks real sorry for himself though. :(

Oh Janis! What a thing to happen :(

That's exactly the same place as Ella cut on barbed wire only Archie looks like he's ripped it alot wider. Ella just spiked hers but was unlucky and hit a vein.

The vet put a full leg bandage on Ella to help stop her bending it too much and putting a strain on the stitches. She walked around like Jake the Peg for a week

:huggles: :huggles: for Archie, hope he heals up quickly

Oh Archie :( ,,,not a nice wound little man, but you will be loads better in a few weeks

Janis Ive had dogs who have had stitche's, well most of the lads Ive had had stitches, but 2 of mine got staples,,god they look worse but they healed just the same

Hope the wee man is all better in a few weeks

Hi

How is Archie this morning? Hopefully another night of rest will have helped with the healing process. :)

Ouch that looks sore, bless him :( Hope it heals quickly :huggles:

:( Oh what bad luck. The poor lad. Hope it heals super speedily :luck: :huggles:

My heart is in my mouth any time my two are near barbed wire  It's the perfect weapon for whippet skin. Ban the stuff I say
