he is nice though isn't he? I think i've done well to find 8 really good homes so far. I had to refuse three people who i considered not suitable to own a dog. I will keep boris for as long as it takes to find him a good home. He can play with his sister Tilly ( the one i'm keeping) until then.

He looks lovely, it's torture seeing lots of nice puppies and having to say 'no, you can't get one now'. I'm surprised no one has snapped him up, so many people seem to be looking for blue whippets. Good luck. Which one are you keeping, the black one?

I'm surprised too, It seems no one is wanting dogs at the moment. I could have sold 20 blue bitches. I'm sure he'll find a really good home.

I'm not very good at this and can't imagine ever getting the hang of posting smilies let alone photos!!!

I got a reply from someone on epupz earlier, but they are even further away. I think I'll stick with my original plan and go and see these blue girls on Saturday.

Can't wait- I've always liked whippets...I'm quite partial to the fawns, but we saw a smokey grey/blue the other week and my husband thought it was gorg.

Just hope it WAS a blue we saw. I don't have a great deal of knowledge in whippet colouring, apart from anything goes!!

I think that you've done really well to find all of them lovely homes, it must be such a huge responsibility. I keep hearing that bitches are so much more popular, and don't really understand why. Even my other half needed convincing that boys are just as loving (IMO more so) than girls, plus you don;t have seasons etc to deal with :x (w00t)

I am having a nightmare, I am so in love with the breed and my two boys are getting so grown up now, I keep getting these massive cravings (w00t) Your little blue boy has haunted me all along. Thank god you live so far away as three boys under nine months would be completely insane :wacko: (w00t) :- " :blink:

I am glad Boris :wub: has a playmate in Tilly, and :luck: in finding him a smashing home
