Awwww - well done Lesley a bit of TLC and they seem to be settling really well. :D

You'll miss them when they go. :huggles: They have their life ahead of them and it looks like they are very happy in each other's company.

I really will miss them Rae :( they are so lovely it would be very hard not to get attached to them, but you're right they need a nice loving forever home and I think they will make someone very happy :huggles: :huggles:

I agree that it is wrong for several reasons to advertise "a breeding pair"

I also agree that bitches shouldn't be bred every year. I wouldn't breed a bitch more than once or twice in her lifetime, given that all the pups need to be found homes.

These look like they may be dogs suitable for breeding (as I said maybe only once, maybe not to each other). Does being "rescued" mean that they will be "neutered" before being rehomed and that the new owner will have no choice in the matter?

(also some people don't like to neuter dogs - esp. mailes - even though they are not going to breed them)

They're not rescues as such Macha, they've been bought and paid for they just weren't wanted :( so we want them to get a home where they are loved and wanted, on the subject of neutering that depends entirely on who they are rehomed with because they should not be mated together as the ad infers, as they are half brother/sister

If the new owners are experienced with owning dogs and bitches together or are willing to be very careful that will be the the thing to decide then whether they will be left entire because all though we don't want them to be bred together we dont want to put them through an op either
