Thank you Malcolm, should be an end to all this discussion and a fair decision i think.

Until the next time :p

The article underneath regarding BWRA democracy was interesting. Does this mean in future reps will have some influence over committee decisons? I hope so.

It's a trick statement  - it doesn't actually say that they will be running from them

Anyone know 'Rule 23 of page 9 of the rule book' Which it states 'must be strictly adhered to'(on the Tyrone bend advert)

Looked on BWRA web site, and couldn't see any page 9,but saw 2 rule 23's

BWRA Rule book pge 9 rule 23

In all BWRA Events it is the handlers responsibility to ensure that their whippet(s) are ready in time for their race. The race will be called three times, failure to appear will mean that the race will be run without the missing whippet(s). :)

Whippet News Proposal Ballot Results

All whippets to be at the traps coated and muzzled one race before their own. If any whippet has no coat or muzzle when they arrive at the traps, then the official at the traps has the right to disqualify them.

Your opinion regarding scratch dogs having to race out of whippet traps on the bends, are you for or against it.

I rang Malcolm on saturday to find out on behalf of the North West members and they are definately using the greyhound traps for all dogs at both the TYRONE and CHAMPS.

Read you post regarding scratch dogs and I can clearly see that you are in favour of scratch dogs racing out of greyhound traps on the bends.
